Payment terms

Projects below $5,000: 50% to begin and 50% before launch.
Projects of $5,000 or more: 40% to begin, 30% at the agreed milestone and 30% before launch.
Discovery is paid in full.
Later installments are never charged automatically. We send an invoice once the milestone is approved.
Additional scope requires written approval.
Domains, third-party subscriptions, payment processing, AI usage, application infrastructure, advertising spend and taxes are additional unless expressly included.
